Virginia Square-GMU is a Washington Metro station in the Virginia Square neighborhood of Arlington County, Virginia, on the Orange Line. It is also scheduled to be on the Silver Line route, which is scheduled to start operations in 2011.
The station serves the Arlington campus of George Mason University (GMU) and is located at Fairfax Drive and North Monroe Street. Service began on December 1, 1979.
