This article is about the former Nassau County (New York) bus operator. For the Westchester County (New York) bus system, see Bee-Line Bus System.

Bee-Line, Incorporated was a bus operator in Queens and Nassau County, New York.

The company was founded in 1922. It operated bus routes in its own name, as well as serving as a holding company for several subsidiaries: Rockville Centre Bus Corp., (started 1927) Utilities Lines, Inc. (started 1926, under Bee Line since 1952), and Stage Coach Lines.

Some of its routes (the ones primarily serving Queens points; see List of bus routes in Queens) were taken over by North Shore Bus Company and are now operated by the New York City Transit Authority. The company's remaining routes, as well as those of its subsidiaries, were taken over by the Metropolitan Suburban Bus Authority (operating as MTA Long Island Bus) in 1973.
